Earlier Achievements:

1. Conceptulised designed & led a Mass Tree Plantation Drive “VRIKSMITRA MAHA ABHIYAN” on 4th September 2006 at Dist Kabirdham. On that single Day in 11 (Eleven) hours The Dist. Administration with Public Participation planted around 37,41,133 trees which became a world record and found entry in to LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS (Edition 2007)

2. Award for excellence in implementation of the scheme under NREGA “Scroll of Honour” From government of India Ministry of rural development by Prime Minister of India (2007-08)

3. Award for excellence in implementation of the scheme under NREGA “Scroll of Honour” From government of India Ministry of rural development by Prime Minister of India (2008-09)

4. HUDCO NATIONAL AWARD Chhattisgarh Housing Board is conferred Hudco National Award for Best Practices to Improve the Living Environment 2011-12 under the category of Social Housing, Urban Proverty and Infrastructure.

. 3rd EPC World Award 2012- Chhattisgarh Housing Board is Conferred 3rd EPC world Awards for Outstanding contribution in Affordable Housing Project

6. Chhattisgarh Housing Boardd is Conferred HUDCO Award for Best Practices to “ Improve the Living Environment 2012-13” under the category of “Environment Management Energy Conservation and Green Building”

7. ASSOCHAM Excellence Award 2014 was conferred to Chhattisgarh Housing Board for Special Contribution to Low Cast Housing

Remarkable Achievements/Innovations:

1. Initiated “ Safai Mitra Yojna” Which Was aimed at Improving Solid Wast Management, now being adopted at the state level

2. Initiated ‘JATAN ABHIYAN’ which was Inaugurated by Hon’ble CM on the eve of International Women Day (8th March, 206) It aims to push forward issued of total sanitation, health nutrition, education and development with special focus on Mother & Child By organizing JATAN UTSAV in panchayats and forming JATAN CLUBS in school it seeks to mining IMR, MMR, Malnutrition Malaria, Diarrhoea; To encourage breast feeding, immunization, registration, sanitation and to empower people for safe drinking water, school hygiene, environment hygiene, sanitation, nirmal gram, safe pregnancy and delivery and importance of school education.

3. MAHATARI EXPRESS – An Innovation initiative, based on PPP model, was started in May, 2009 at Bilaspur District to ensure free transport at door step for the pregnant women to the nearest health centre aiming at reducing IMR and MMR by Safe delivery by timely intervention, to provide referral facility atdoor step and to increase institutional delivery for safe motherhood. Now adopted for the entire state.

Have Wide experience in Handling the current responsibilities, ranging from land revenue management, management of Rural and Urban issues, Women Empowerment, Women and child Development, Facilities Judicial Matters for handling Law and Order Situation in the District, Housing and Habitat issues, Affordable Housing, Food Security, etc
